Venous Disorders of the Legs is intended to be a comprehensive introduction to the venous diseases of the legs. Directed at those who wish to discover the field of phlebology from the viewpoint of a practising phlebologist. It thoroughly covers the basic principles of phlebology, the unique anatomical changes of varicosis, its evaluation and the various treatment alternatives.

Current concepts and attitudes are presented within this framework along with the controversies which surround them.
