The Australian and New Zealand Journal of Phlebology
is the official journal of the Sclerotherapy Society of Australia
and Australian and New Zealand Society of Phlebology.
The aim of the Journal is to provide a multidisciplinary
forum dealing with all aspects of clinical practice and research
in venous disease.
The Journal publishes original research in clinical
and basic sciences, reviews, and case reports. Short articles
may be published under the headings 'Case Presentation', 'Stump
the Experts', or 'Letters to the Editor'.All articles are peer-reviwed
by experts in the field of submitted paper. The ANZ Journal of
Phlebology started off as the Newsbulletin of Sclerotherapy Society
of Australia in 1997. In 1998 it evolved into the Australian Venous
Forum ( ISSN 1441-5763) published by the Sclerotherapy Society
of Australia.
